Terms and Conditions :

- The rate quoted is for 2 guests per room per night.

- Extra Bed Charge IDR 250.000 nett/ person

- Late Check Out Charge :

- Until 4 pm : 25 % charge from room rate

- Until 5 pm : 50 % charge from room rate

- Until 6 pm : 100 % charge from room rate

- Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.

- Booking is non-amendable and non-refundable.

- In the event of a no-show (i.e should you neither use nor cancel your reservation), a fee equivalent to your entire stay will be charged.

- All fees and penalty are inclusive of service charge and government tax.

- Payment is due 1 day before check-in and must be paid in full.

- If you visit for the day and then choose to stay, payment in full must be made at reception that day when you make your booking and check in.

- We do not offer refunds for cancellations at any time or for any reason.
